The Venue: MFA 't Hart Ewijk
RINCON 2023 takes place on 15 april on the grounds of MFA ‘t Hart Ewijk. The address is Den Elt 17, 6644 EA, Ewijk.
The entire venue – as it is available – has been reserved for the convention. This means two giant vendor halls, several rooms for speakers, workshops, and live games – as well as a nice lounge to sit and chat. The lounge will offer a variety of drinks, snacks, and meals.

How to get there
From Nijmegen
Follow the S102 to Ewijk. At the entrance of Julianastraat, turn left and drive straight towards Vordingstraat. Turn right at Den Elt and enter the street a bit. Parking spaces will be to your right.
From Arnhem
Follow the A15 south to Nijmegen, taking a right at the S100. Behind the bridge, at the first roundabout, take the first exit onto Industrieweg. Continue straight onto Van Heemstraweg. At the entrance of Julianastraat, turn left and drive straight towards Vordingstraat. Turn right at Den Elt and enter the street a bit. Parking spaces will be to your right.
From Utrecht
Take the A2 southeast towards ‘s-Hertogenbosch. At the interchange Knooppunt Deil, keep right and follow signs for A15/E31 towards Nijmegen/Tiel. Take exit 34-Echteld to merge onto N323 towards Beneden-Leeuwen/Druten. Continue on N322 to Beuningen. Take the exit towards Beuningen from A73. Turn left onto Schoenaker/N847. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Goudwerf. Follow Schoenaker. Schoenaker turns left and becomes Koningstraat. Continue straight onto Hoogstraat. Turn left onto Den Elt and enter the street a bit. Parking spaces will be to your right.
From ‘s-Hertogenbosch
Follow the N279 northeast towards Nijmegen/Utrecht. At the interchange Knooppunt Hintham, Use the right 2 lanes to follow signs for A59 towards Nijmegen/Oss/Rosmalen. At Knooppunt Paalgraven, take the exit toward A73. At Knooppunt Wijk, keep right at the fork and merge onto A73. Next, take the exit towards Beuningen. Turn left onto Schoenaker/N847. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Goudwerf. Follow Schoenaker. Schoenaker turns left and becomes Koningstraat. Continue straight onto Hoogstraat. Turn left onto Den Elt and enter the street a bit. Parking spaces will be to your right.
You need to take the train to Nijmegen Centraal Station.
From there you can take
Bus lijn 85 – Druten
To Ewijk.
you need to get off at busstop Julianastraat.
From there you can walk (13 min) or use our free shuttle service.
RINCON aims to provide a free bus shuttle service during the first and last hours of the Con. The buses will be transporting visitors, vendors, speakers, GMs, and workshop leaders from the bus station Julianastraat in Ewijk to the venue. More information, such as the accessibility of the buses, will be provided as soon as we know more.
MFA ‘t Hart offers around 100 parking spaces in front of the building. These are available all day, for free.
Additional parking spaces will be organised by RINCON, however, these will include a few minutes walking to reach the venue. Parking will be free in these spots as well. Some of these spaces are in residential areas. We ask that you please try and park and be as civil as possible for the people living in the area.
Two charging stations for electric cars will be available. We urge users to return once their car is charged to vacate the spot(s) for others.
Four parking spaces for disabled visitors, vendors, speakers, GMs, and workshop leaders will be available. These are directly in front of the building.
Three parking spaces for Kiss+Ride are available as well. These might be used by the shuttle service.

Vendors may set their stalls either on Friday evening, or Saturday morning. During those hours, additional parking spots in front of the venue’s entrance doors will be made available.
There will be a volunteer to guide your cars to the correct spots. After the start of the convention untill the closing of the convention the vendors will not be able to move their cars.
Accessibility
MFA ‘t Hart Ewijk is fully wheelchair accessible. Ramps and lifts are located in all rooms and locations where required. There is a wheelchair accessible toilet on the ground floor. The toilet is fitted with grab rails. The minimum size of all wheelchair accessible doors is 86 cm. The lifts are 90 cm wide and 148 cm long.
MFA ‘t Hart Ewijk is volledig rolstoeltoegankelijk. Hellingen en liften bevinden zich in alle kamers en locaties waar nodig. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een rolstoeltoegankelijk toilet. Het toilet is voorzien van beugels. De minimale grootte van alle deuren die toegankelijk zijn voor rolstoelen is 86 cm. De liften zijn 90 cm breed en 148 cm lang.
