Becoming Involved with Rincon 2026
We’re excited to announce that RINCON 2026 is just around the corner, and we’d love to have you join us! This upcoming event will be held on 11th April at MAF ’t Hart, and the theme for this year is Vikings & Myths.
RINCON is a gathering of passionate TTRPG fans, creatives, and experts, and we’re looking for workshop instructors, speakers, and game masters like you to bring this magical theme to life! Here are a few ideas to spark your creativity:
For Game Masters
We are still taking applications from Game Masters.
You can sign up here.
LGBTQIA2+ GMs and GMs running games other than D&D are currently preferred, as we have not received many applications for these spots.
For Workshop Instructors & Speakers

If you are an influencer or work for national or regional media, we believe we have a lot to offer you in terms of content suitable for your audience.
Please note: Regarding accreditation for free access to the event, we grant free access exclusively to the two aforementioned categories.
Regional and National Media:
If you work for a regional or national media outlet and are interested in an interview before, during, or after the Roll Initiative Con event, please send an email to Queen@rollinitiativecon.com, mentioning the media outlet you represent and the information you are seeking.
If you wish to attend the event to conduct registration, please inform us of the day you’d like to come and the number of people in your group.
Influencers:
We are enthusiastic about collaborating with influencers from both inside and outside the country.
We consider you a suitable influencer for Roll Initiative Con if your social media accounts demonstrate an interest in TTRPG, RPG, LARP, cosplay, or any of the many subcultures of Roll Initiative Con (including SciFi, reenactment, history, furries, gothic, etc.)
AND if one of your social media accounts (either Instagram or Facebook) has more than 7,500 followers.
If you, as an influencer, are interested in an interview before, during, or after the Roll Initiative Con event, please send an email to Queen@rollinitiativecon.com, specifying your media channels and the information you are seeking.

Welcome Potential Vendors!
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at RINCON! We are a niche convention focused on TTRPGs and RPGs, and we carefully hand-select each vendor to ensure a perfect fit with our unique event.
For our Spring edition, we will have an exciting outdoor market alongside our main event. However, the Halloween edition is exclusively indoors.
