Photo & Filming Rules at RINCON 📸🎥

RINCON is a welcoming and inclusive space, and we want to ensure that everyone feels comfortable. Please respect the following rules regarding photography and filming at our event:

General Photography & Filming Rules

✅ Always ask for permission before taking photos or filming individuals. If you want to capture a specific person, you must obtain explicit consent.
🚫 Photography and filming are NOT allowed in the Live Game Rooms.
✅ You may take photographs and film in public areas, including the Vendor Rooms and Main Stage.
✅ Photography is allowed during shows and competitions, but flash photography is NOT permitted.
✅ Attending a smaller event in a private space? Please check with the event host before taking photos or filming.

Registration for Professional & Amateur Photographers 🎞️📷

If you are a professional or amateur photographer using a professional camera (not a phone), registration is mandatory.
You must register via our online form or at the entrance so we have the necessary information if we receive any questions or complaints.

Press Permits 📰

If you are attending as press and require a press permit, please contact us in advance.
Once we receive your application, we will assess whether you meet the criteria for a press permit.
Please note that press permits are limited, and applying does not guarantee approval.
