Under certain circumstances, this might be possible. Please have a look at our Refund Policy for detailed information.

Currently there are no plans to support attending the convention remotely.
There are many options for an overnight stay in the beautiful region of Nijmegen, especially in Nijmegen itself. We will try to arrange hotel deals for next editions of the Con, but for 2023, you will have to find your own accomodation.
The venue will be offering several food items. We are currently setting up the menu and will post about it once it is finalised. We are working hard to make the menu accessible for vegetarians and vegans. You are allowed to bring small bottles of water and small snacks (like a protein bar) inside the venue. You are not allowed to eat inside the Vendor room, and it is strongly encouraged to buy larger meals from the venue owner. You are allowed to eat your own food outside of the venue.
We will make sure to make the Con as accessible as possible, which includes choosing a venue close to public transport. Please check the Venue page for information about routes, public transport and parking.
Of course! Please review our Code of Conduct for the rules. We even have a Cosplay Competition!
Yes, but there are some rules. Prop weapons (for example, but not limited to: swords, daggers, guns) should be foam or plastic and non-functional (this includes Nerf guns). Metal replicas will not be tolerated, and you may be asked to leave the convention.
You can find the general Code of Conduct here. Because RinCon also welcomes young adventurers, we’ve made a special Code of Conduct for kids.
