I am Ann (they/them) from RedHead Games, Roll Initiative Con, and Queen Ann. I’m an event organiser and the founder of Roll Initiative Con, also known as RINCON.
My greatest accomplishment, my greatest passion, and my greatest joy is building the RINCON Kingdom!
I’m proud to call myself the Queen of RINCON and proud of what we have achieved together! My aim is to create a place filled with fantasy, adventure, and wondrous things that feels like home—where you can be yourself and find new friends, enjoy the moments, and fulfill those quests!
With Queen Ann, I’m branching out to organise more geeky events, all based on inclusivity, respect, and love. Since the first RINCON in 2023, I’ve organised other events like Tavern’s Market, Masters of the Wild, and much more is upcoming!
Through RINCON, I discovered that my AGAB didn’t fit me, and I am much more comfortable under the non-binary term. RINCON has literally been life-changing for me.
Something small about me:
- I was born in 1990, I’ve been with my husband since 2005, and we have a perfect geeky daughter, Lotte.
- My favorite class is a Paladin in white-and-gold armor, standing up for righteousness and justice.
- My favorite villain is Vecna; my very first campaign revolves around him (yes, that was way before Stranger Things 😉).
- I’ve been a GM for a group of friends since 2022 (Vecna campaign). My favorite piece of creation in that world is the god Nox, who is the god of death, but in a balanced way.
- My favorite band is Rammstein.
- My favorite dice is a special Seer galaxy-themed die with purple nebula-like clouds and glitter.
- Proud natural redhead!
- My favorite historical figure is Jeanne d’Arc.
